The “vendor keeps the asset” shift

I noticed something recently that explains why so many affiliates stay stuck, even when they are doing the work.

Most people do affiliate marketing like this:
1. Get a link
2. Send traffic to an offer
3. Hope someone buys

The problem is step 3.

Even if you get a sale, you usually get paid once, while the vendor keeps the lead and can market to that person again and again. So you do the hard part, and someone else ends up with the long term asset.

The shift that changes everything is simple.

Before you do anything else, capture the prospect’s email address, then follow up.

That one change turns random clicks into an asset you control, and it is exactly why I joined The ClickBank Profit Club.
